We aim to become a leading coal companies leading to a consistent standard of good. Golden Energy Mines is a coal mining subsidiary of the Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) - a company of Energy and Infrastructure. We currently provide 4-5 million tons of coal per year for coal powerplants and as cement and paper industry both locally and internationally.

GEMS Graduate Development Program (GGDP)
to qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

•       Have a high sense of initiative and leadership potential
•       Ownership of 5% in the faculty / university
•       Has a strong commitment to excellence and passion to succeed
•       Minimum S1 degree from any department of Engineering and Science, Marine, Accounting, and Law
•       Have experience / exposure as a leader / core committee in extracurricular activities / campus organizations
