We currently have vacancies in our Jakarta office as a Drilling Engineer (08 885).

POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the team Drilling, Drilling Engineer is responsible for:

A. Coordination and monitoring of drilling budget

> Responsible for contract drilling input to the strategy. Further responsibility for the scope of work, ITT preparation and tender evaluation (technical) with the input for the commercial evaluation and recommendation to award to all the related drilling contract.
> Preparation and maintenance of both budgets, schedules, AFE and the daily cost of operation and planning in line with the schedule.
> Provide support (costs, concepts, timing) for Business Development in connection with the Acquisition and Disposal.

2. Perform a variety of complex technical activities in the oil drilling operations

• Responsible for various tasks that require drilling techniques common familiarity with the broad areas of drilling engineering.
• Including but not limited to direct involvement in the daily drilling activities, providing technical guidance, and provide input on the appropriate operation.
> Responsible for drilling input to the scope of new developments and existing.

• Responsible for proposing the concept of good and feasibility studies, and further development / delivery. Including assessing new technologies and innovative solutions.
• Responsible for the detailed design of both, including compliance with the P & P and Inspection Well.
> Responsible for QC of all posts are properly reporting and learning, including but not limited to EOWR, NPT Reporting and Learning.
> Provide Peer Review and the necessary operational support to other projects both domestically and regionally.
> Participate in the management and development of GDC department through involvement in the improvement of processes, procedures and systems.

3. Managing EHS function in each department

> Ensure that work sites are in a safe and friendly environment in accordance with the standards and objectives Hess s.
Emergency Duties> response as needed.
> Make sure the operation is performed with respect to personnel safety and plant along the side of respect for the Environment.

4. Managing people and organizations each

> Drilling focal point of the Subsurface,, Exploit Development Operations, and for the engineering aspects of the project they are assigned> Drilling Act as focal point for the various contracts. And ensure contract compliance and performance are maintained by vendors, suppliers and service providers.
> Dealing with vendors, suppliers and service providers as needed.
> Acting in favor of Sr. Drilling Engineer as a coach and mentor for Junior Engineers.

5. Managing relevant administration and report

> Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of each organization (including data recording, correspondence, etc. - based on the function of this position).
> Ensuring the confidentiality of the company's documentation.
> Responsible for all documentation Drilling, including but not limited to Directors, AFE, Program, EOWR, PDP and legislative posts are appropriate for Indonesia.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:
> Minimum BS Degree in Engineering. Petroleum Engineering is preferred.
> Minimum 5 years experience in a variety of activities including drilling. drilling operations, well planning and design as well

Basic Skill:
> Computer literate (MS Office, drilling and reporting software applications such as models of directional drilling).
> Fluent written and spoken English.
