A. Sr. Geologist (Sr. GEOS)

• Male, education min. S1 Geological Engineering.
• Experience Min. 10 years and assist in monitoring the exploration activities: geological exploration, especially coal and minerals, prepares reports and geological mapping. Minimum of a certificate of POP and POM.
• Skills Software: Autocad, Minescape / Surpac has added value.

2. Head of Mining Engineering (summit)

• S1 graduate majoring in Geological Engineering / mining, coal mining work experience min. 10 years.
• Has certification POP, POM, Pou and the Chief Mining Engineering (summit). Understanding the shipping and shipping procedures of mining. Understanding the mine planning, the process of extracting and mining operations. Understand the procedure Mine, K3L Amdal, Reclamation & CSR.
• Strong analytical skills and good problem solving. Able to establish good relations with relevant government agencies and private sector. Mastering the software mining generally and specifically. Can work individually or in teams.

3. Sr. Surveyor (Sr. SRV)

• Male, S1 graduates T. Geodesy.

4. Geologist (GEOS)

5. Maintenance Manager (Mgr Maint.)

• S1 Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical
• Experience min: 4 years as Plant Maintenace Superintendent in Coal Mine
• Ability to plan overhaul and regular maintenance and trouble conveyer

6. Surveyor (SRV)

• Male, graduate D3/S1 T. Geodetic Survey or vocational school.
• Experience: Min. 2 years in coordinating the activities of survey, carry out measurements with a total station survey periodically the activities of coal mining, and able to make corrections and calibration of measuring instruments. Minimum of a certificate of POP
• Software skills: Mapinfo, GIS, and AutoCAD

7. HR Compensation & Benefits Ass. Manager & Supervisor (CB)

• Graduates. S1 Economics or Accounting.
• Experience: Min. 3 years (SPV), 5 th (Ass.Man) in coal mines
• Understanding Tax, Payroll, salary surveys, benchmarking Compensation, Budget report.

8. HR Plantation Ass. Manager & Supervisor (Plantation)

• Education min. S1. Law, Psychology, Economics
• Experience: Min. 3 years (SPV), 5 th (Ass.Man) in Plantation. Understanding the SOP creation, Policy, Corporate Regulation (PP), policy, memoranda, trade unions, PKB, comben, Payroll, Tax,
• Strong negotiation, judicial PHI, and master the rules / provisions of the Employment Act, recruitment, and training.

9. HR Assistant Industrial Relations. Manager & Supervisor (IR)

• S1 Law Graduates.
• Experience: Min. 3 years (SPV), 5 th (Ass.Man) in coal mines.
• Understand the SOP-making, Policy, Corporate Regulation (PP), policy, memoranda, trade unions and collective agreements, and has the capability negotiation process, judicial PHI, and master the rules / provisions of the Employment Act.

10. HR Recruitment Assistant. Manager & Supervisor (Rec.)

• Graduates. S1 Psychology.
• Experience: Min. 3 years (SPV), 5 th (Ass.Man) at its coal mines.
• Mastering the process of recruitment, selection, placement and employee movement, understand the Manpower Plan (MPP), and analysis needs of employees
