Process Supervisor / Trainer (Shift) x 3 (Indonesian) (PRO 11 140) - Position of Staff
The role with this position is usually to provide necessary skills, knowledge and supervision with the local processing plant workers to make sure that all activities associated with the processing plant to effectively and safely performed every single day. This location depends on a FIFO list Martabe Project 4/14 days and report straight to the Supervisor / Coach - Processing (expatriates).
He / she will implement a method for continuous improvement steps involved in the Inspector while in the performance from the overall process plant to guarantee production targets are met with special increased exposure of safety, environment, productivity, safety and cost.
Candidates for this role will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
A. Graduated from high school - vocational or high school. Metallurgical tertiary qualification (not essential but highly respected).
2. Must have an excellent understanding of English and able to communicate both verbally and written.
3. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
4. 5 years or more experience is gained in a supervisory role in the processing of the resource sector.
5. Minimum 10 years experience of relevant mineral processing plants. With experience in Crushing & Reclaim, Grinding & Reclassification, Carbon in Leach, Desorption and Regeneration, Waste Water Polishing Plant.
6. Processing Plant equipment commissioning experience of gold.
7. The ability to read and understand the PFD's, PID control and documentation of philosophy. Ability to explain the information in these documents for Process Plant Operator trainees.
8. Understanding and ability to use the plant SCADA system. Commissioning experience (not essential but highly respected).
9. Experience in mining project development phase.
10. Training of plant personnel in the neighborhood of expatriates. Ability to prepare training materials and training information.
