Job Details
A. Carry out activities of the preparation work space and office equipment for all employees, to ensure the availability of work space and office equipment for each worker according to the type of employment and occupation.
2. Implement an office building renovation activities / work to ensure that all office buildings are always ready for operation.
3. Conducting correspondence, documentation and archiving, to ensure administrative support for the smooth operation of all employees.
4. Make a plan and evaluate the work of daily and monthly to ensure the achievement of quality targets and the work required for information to superiors.
5. Make an estimate of annual costs related to office administration activities, as the recommendations of General Affairs department budgeting.
6. To implement the will of the need and procurement of stationery, office supplies, cleaning equipment and office security and photocopy and bindery services.
7. Oversee the implementation of hygiene and comfort of office space and office security.
