PT Madhucon Indonesia, Arm of the State Energy Madhucon Group, has two major coal mines and comes with a 300 MW thermal plant Mouth Mine in Indonesia, requires the following personnel immediately. MADHUCON Group is one of the fastest growing infrastructure group, based in Hyderabad, India, with a strong foothold in EPC & BOT Road Project, Road, Thermal Power, Coal Mining, Irrigation, Realty, granite & Sugar with Pan India & Global Presence.


1. Marketing Manager (Granite)

- Have S1/S2 in Marketing and Sales, at least 5-10 years experience in the granite, ceramic tiles, sanitary wares and building materials
- An ability to penetrate / develop markets throughout Indonesia, especially in the property market and Wholesale
- Ability to work with the target
- To be placed in Jakarta

2. Business Development Manager (Power Plant)

- Have S1/S2, 20 years of experience in business development and power plant construction projects
- Retirement of PLN desired
- Act as Advisor and Advisor to the Management.
- To be placed in Jakarta

3. Coal Business Development Manager (New Guinea)

- Having S1 / S2, at least 5-10 years experience in coal exploration and acquisition
- Have a thorough understanding of the geological map of New Guinea, especially coal bearing formation, the coal industry and other related issues
- Ability to set up a network with the government of New Guinea
- Ability to work with the target.
- To be placed in Jakarta

4. Coal Trade Business Manager

- Have S1/S2, at least 5-10 years experience in the Coal Trade
- Have a thorough understanding of Indonesian and international business transactions coal
- Ability to work with the targets / deadlines.
- To be placed in Jakarta

5. Law and Contracts Officer

- Having S1 law, at least 2-3 of experience in legal consulting, contract drafting and review
- Have previous experience in electric power and coal industries are better
- Able to build a good relationship for each relevant government agency

6. Coal Business Development Manager (Coal)

- Having S1 Geological Engineering, 5-10 years experience in the acquisition and exploration of coal concessions
- Familiar with Map Info, Software Mining and geological maps, mainly to the formation of coal in Sumatra and Kalimantan
- To be placed in Jakarta / regular visits to the site when needed

7. Receptionist

- Have Diploma/D3, at least 2-3 years as a receptionist
- Speaking English fluently, handsome
- Helpful and have a good way
