GENERAL REQUIREMENTS


Able to communicate in English in both spoken and written.
Have a good academic performance in college who has a good reputation, good universities, private accredited at least B, and from universities abroad.
Has a strong leadership base, capable of leading the team, at least in the meeting.
Ability to work in teams, cooperative and able to make active efforts in adjusting to respect the norms of the organization.
Have the confidence and good communication skills, so as to build relationships, present ideas, and searching for information related to the job.
Able to show more effort and hard work is oriented to the customer (Customer Service Orientation).
Have the analytical skills and problem solving (problem solving), and the willingness to always learn new things.
Young, energetic and have a high mobility, ready to travel out of town.
Willing to sign a contract agreement for a maximum of 2 years and the Statement on Conflict of Interest if it fulfills the requirements and passed the selection stage, and may be appointed as permanent employees if the company meets the terms and conditions thereafter.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Code A: S1 Department of Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Information Management

Interested in marketing solutions and telecommunication products / information technology. Have the ability to influence and impact of good, easy to get along and communicate and build relationships. Willing to carry out frequent trips out of town. To be placed as an account manager / marketing.

Code B: S1 Department of Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Interested in the planning / design / integration of telecommunications products and solutions. Master FTTx, broadband, or wireless network. To be placed as a solution engineer in telecommunications.

Code C: S1 specialization in Electrical Engineering Department of Energy / Power

Interested in marketing or planning / design / integration of energy solutions. Understand the field of electricity, power plant, power distribution and power electronics. To be placed as an account manager, field engineer energy solution.

Code D: S1 Department of Electrical Engineering stream Hardware / Electronics

Interested in hardware design (schematics and PCB). Master the Linux operating system and Windows CE, microprocessor design, CAD (Computer Aided Design), programming in C / C + +. To be placed as a product developer.

Code E: S1 Department of Electrical Engineering specialization in Real-Time Software

Interested in planning, control and management of telecommunications projects. Understanding the basics of project management and telecommunications networks. To be placed in project planning and control, material and quality of the project.

Code A: S1 Department of Industrial Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Interested in planning, control and management of projects based on information technology. Understanding the basics of project management. To be placed as an IT project manager.

Code K: S1 Industrial Engineering Department

Interested in the production of electronic devices / telecommunications or quality management. Understand the planning and controlling production processes, work methods, materials and product quality, understanding the ISO 9001 standard. To be placed in the unit as a Production or Quality Management.

Code L: S1 Department of Management / Corporate Administration / Department of English

Understanding the function of marketing communications and e-commerce business development, capable and has experience managing the company's offices on their own for at least 3 (three) years.
