Quality and Process Improvement Manager(Code: TMSY QPI - Your Name)

Accountability key:
 • Ensure the quality policy and strategy is defined quality;
 • Ensure the implementation, maintenance and repair of a single management system;
 • ct as a representative of management on the quality of the customer and agency notifications.
 • Ensure that quality objectives are set; A
 • Monitor and review the variation and control of the process and take action to bring to the required level of control
 • Ensure long-term performance and control of systems and processes through visual management and other quality tools
 • Ensure audit program established mult-dimensional and the resources available and capable;
 • Ensure the quality and process improvement strategies defined and implemented in line with the strategy of plant tissue
 • Champion continuous improvement culture for the organization and ensure learning, corrective and preventive actions taken;
 • Ensure that the approved procedures and documents needed to define and control the process is appropriate and regularly reviewed
 • Directing the use of quality tools in the development of products and processes to build quality 
• Report the performance of the system and its processes and ensure that actions taken to correct deviations
 • Ensure that the response of the experience, knowledge management and deviation management systems and processes;
 • Manage assigned quality community and develop these competencies;
 • Propose and follow manufacturer's competence development in the use of quality tools.


The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

1. 5 + years experience in the implementation of QA systems and management;
2. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Management in Engineering or Business Administration; 
3. Experience of 6 Sigma, Quality and other process improvement toolkit;
4. Experience in designing and implementing a quality system including the steps of process control and quality assurance tools; 
5. Diverse knowledge of inspection and process control methods, techniques and documentation. 
6. Experience of driving change in a manufacturing environment 
7. Knowledge of ASME / EN codes and requirements of the desired pressure;
 8. Pressure vessel experience is preferred; 
9. Preferably experience in Supply Management, engineering, and project management; 
10. Multicultural - able to motivate to get the best out of people in different countries / cultures;
 11. Experience in EHS management and integrated management system.
