1. Degree from reputable university with good accreditation
2. 2.85 minimum GPA of 4.00
3. Priority for the department of economic, engineering and agriculture, social sciences and other majors relevant to the industry
4. Maximum of 25 years and preferably single / not married
5. Has a strong interest in banking / financial services
6. After completing the program, willing to be assigned to any location required by the organization
