Metro TV Management Development Program (MMDP)

You will be trained, developed and intensively involved in hands-on project to become the future leaders of companies facing competitive business environment. You will get comprehensive training that consists of a combination of classroom and on the job training. This program is designed to develop future leaders by providing the knowledge and practice on our core business

1.       Degree from any major with min GPA 3.00
2.       Fresh graduate with a maximum of 26 years of age
3.       Has a strong interest in the Broadcast / Sales
4.       Actively involved in the activities of the organization
5.       Have strong leadership
6.       Good interpersonal and communication skills

Graphic Design Program Development (Gra-DP)

You will receive comprehensive training, combining of the classroom and on the job training methods. This program is designed to develop future leaders of companies facing competitive business environment

1.       Bachelor of Graphic Design or DKV, with GPA min 3.00
2.       Fresh graduate with a maximum of 26 years of age
3.       Has a strong interest in Design / Motion Graphics and new trends / technologies
4.       Creative, dynamic and intelligent
5.       A minimum TOEFL score of 450
6.       Willing to have the work bound (Association Office)
