1. Min S1 graduate GPA: 3.00, graduate GPA minimum S2 3:20
2. A bachelor degree (S-1) / Strata Two (S-2) from all majors except: Sector / Dept of Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Art and Religious Teacher
3. Have strong English oral and written
4. Maximum age 26 years old at the time of selection for S1 graduate, 28 years for graduates of S-2.
5. Able to operate computer program MS.Office minimal
6. Not married and not willing to marry for education
7. Willing to pay a bond
8. Willing to be located throughout the territory of Indonesia

Application proposal through PO BOX must be equipped with:
a. 1 sheet of photocopy of valid ID card
b. 2 pieces of recent color pasphoto size 4 × 6
c. 1 sheet of photocopy Graduate Certificate / Diploma recent study that has been legalized
