Purchasing Staff (PC-S)
Requirements:
  1.     Male, maximum 27 years
  2.     S1 Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial / Machinery)
  3.     GPA: min 2.80 from reputable university
  4.     Fluent in English both oral & written
  5.     Computer skills (MS Office) is a must
  6.     Experience in purchasing especially in automotive industry would be an advantage
  7.     Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  8.     Have "A" Driving License

Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and analyze the price
    Negotiations to achieve the target of the final price
    Supplier control in prices, quality and supply capability
    Outlining new ideas to reduce the price


Manufacturing Engineering Staff (MES)

Requirements:
  1.     Male, maximum 27 years
  2.     D3 / S1 Bachelor of Engineering
  3.     Minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable university
  4.     Have at least 1 (one) year of experience in Manufacturing / Production Engineering especially in Automotive Industry would be an advantage
  5.     Familiar with computer and technical drawing program is a must
  6.     Well proven in English communication skills (oral & written) or Japan would be very helpful.
  7.     Willing to be posted on the Site Manufacturing.
  8.     New graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:

    Make modifications jigs, tools, machines on the new model, small changes or the mayor of the product
    Performance of means of production and control equipment periodically
    mprovement production tool & equipment for top quality, productivity, safety and cost down


STAFF DEVELOPMENT SERVICE OUTLET (OSDS)
Requirements:
  1.     Male / Female, age around 21-28 years
  2.     Minimal S1 degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  3.     GPA: min 2.80 from reputable university
  4.     Have experience in dealing with the building design process would be an advantage
  5.     Familiar with computer and technical drawing program is a plus
  6.     Well proven in English both oral & written

BRAND MARKETING PLANNING STAFF (PBMs)
Requirements:
  1.     The man, aged around 22-25 years
  2.     D3 degree majoring in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
  3.     GPA: min 2.8 from reputable university
  4.     Computer literate
  5.     Strong passion in the automotive, attention to the results of the agility, neat and disciplined work
  6.     Have experience in the installation of components of the project vehicle modifications would be an advantage
  7.     Hold "A" license

Quality Assurance Staff (QA-S)
Requirements:
  1.     Male, maximum 28 years
  2.     D3 / S1 degree majoring in Automotive Engineering
  3.     GPA: min 2.80 from reputable university
  4.     Have at least 1 (one) year experience in a workshop stations, especially in the Automotive Industry would be an advantage
  5.     Fluent in English both oral & written
  6.     Computer skills (MS Office) is a must
  7.     Have "A" license
  8.     Fresh Graduate are welcome

Responsibilities:

    Check the function and dimensions of vehicle components as well as the possibility of predicting customer claims
    Perform unit testing of vehicles or their parts to handle customer claims
    Analyzes test results and follow up on audit quality deviations in the technical report
    Monitoring and control of corrective and preventive actions of the production process
