a. Minimal S1, Bachelor of Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering
b. Has a POP (First Operational Supervisor) certificate is better
c. Computer literate in using the software Mine Scape, Surpac Software, Software Minex, 12 D, Auto Cad
d. Mine Scheduling & Operations (Short - Long Term)
e. Maximum age 40 years

Specific requirements that must be held position 2:
a. Minimal S1 or D3
b. Has a POP (First Operational Supervisor) setlifikat is better
c. Can operate the unit Loader & Excavator
d. Can perform calculations and forecast production schedule for barging
e. Stockpile management can be set in either the Raw Coal Port den Coal Product
f. Mine Scheduling & Operations (Short - Long Term)
