Mega Management Development Program (MMDP)

The program consists of classroom training, curriculum banking and practical internships will provide you with a comprehensive knowledge and skills of banking.

The applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. S1, teacher preference degree from reputable university with outstanding achievements and GPA minimum 3.00 (S1), 3.25 (S2).
2. Majoring in Accounting / Management / Economics Engineering / Industrial
3. Single, maximum 28 years
4. Having experience in college or other organizational activities.
5. Having good analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
6. Proactive, open minded and have a strong drive to succeed.
7. Good command of English, spoken and written.
8. Willing to work across Indonesia.
