Under the Production Sharing Contract agreement with BP Migas, Indonesia Petronas Carigali Operations is looking for:


OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER

Needs
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in similar role in the oil and gas companies
• Experience in managing offshore operations
• Experience in developing a work program and budget operations (WPB) and work plan and budget (CPB)
• Good network with BP Migas, the Host Authority, other PSC, and consultants.


HR & ADMIN MANAGER

Requirements:
• Recognized Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or Legal with relevant work experience.
• The position requires at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, and 10 years in the field of Human Resources Related.
• Having a good relationship with BPMigas and familiar in dealing with them.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills, strong leadership qualities, high cultural sensitivity, which affects both and negotiation skills, problem solving and decision making.


Payroll Officer

Needs
• Bachelor of Finance / Accounting or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in same position
• Demonstrate experience of payroll processing
• write and speak good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability of numerical and data entry skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Understanding of the legislation and process payroll. tax, superannuation
• Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation
• Customer service focus


HEAD OF OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Needs
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in a similar role in the oil and gas companies
• Experience in developing, planning and coordination to respond to all production / operations issues in relation to the FPSO vessel Technical Services Group
• Experience in developing oil and gas support operations strategy to meet the operating standards of an excellent company
• Good knowledge in reporting production, licensing, and administration to lift hydrocarbons internally and externally for the JV Partner, BP Migas, Migas, and other government agencies
