Indonesia Job Vacancy In Darma Henwa. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and ambitious that would be placed in locations Amino Acids, South Kalimantan to support the expansion of the company's operations. Darma Henwa, a leading regional integrated mining company for over 19 years. Pt Darma Henwa Tbk main activity is contract mining, civil engineering and equipment rental. Marketing and consulting division of the Group is engaged in the marketing of coal and related products.


Mine Operations Supervisor (MOSpv)

- Having a good understanding of the extensive mining equipment applications
- Min. 3 years experience in open pit
- Preferably have a "POP" Indonesian mining certificate of competence.


Mine Operations Inspector (MOSpt)

- Min. degree in mining or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in open pit operations including management, planning and mine.
- Having a good understanding of the extensive mining equipment applications
- Preferably have a "POM" Indonesian mining certificate of competence.


Surveyor (S)

- Min. D3 Geodesy or related
- Min. 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Knowledge of mine planning software and related surveys.


Mine the long / short term Engineer (MPE)

- Min. Bachelor of Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, preferably have a "POP" Indonesia Mining certificate of competence.


Plant & Maintenance Supervisor (MPS)

- Min. Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical
- Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, Pumps MULTIFLO min 3 years
- Ability to understand the service manual (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engine and hydraulic systems)
- Familiar with machinery CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU & machinery is preferred.

Superitendent & Maintenance Plan (MPSpt)

- Min. Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical
- Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, Pumps MULTIFLO (min 5 years)
- Ability to understand the service manual (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engine and hydraulic systems)
- Good coaching, training and mentoring skills.
- Proven experience in providing Mine Maintenance Program budget and oversee maintenance of the mine.
- Good leadership and communication skills are very important.
- Familiar with machinery CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU & machinery is preferred.


Procurement / Buyer Supervisor (PS)

-Degree in Supply and Logistics qualifications or relevant discipline
-Previous experience, at least 3 years, in procurement, warehousing or other related supply function in the mining or heavy industry
-Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills


Industrial Relations Human Resources Manager (HR-IRSpv)

- Quality of Tertiary Law with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mining.
- Excellent Knowledge in labor law, industrial relations practices and government regulations.
- Experienced in handling cases in the Court of Industrial Labor Relations.
- Excellent in English, both written and oral


Project Cost Control - Finance (CC)

- Bachelor of Accounting
- 30 years experience in finance and Max
- Experience in similar position min 2 years


HRGA Supervisor (HRGASpv)

- Bachelor associated with each position
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Familiar with labor legislation (Law No. 13/2003)
- Good leadership skills
