Indonesia Job Vacancy In Java Peppers Industries. Our main products stuffed cherry peppers, IMMEDIATELY after the harvest is processed and combined with the best material based on original Italian recipes, which makes our doll cherry peppers crunchy, tasty and can not be overcome. Java Peppers Industries (JPI) is a food processing company, which located in Malang - INDONESIA.

Java Peppers Industries is looking for high potential candidates to join our team as:


1. ADMIN (ADM)

    Female, max. 30 years.
    Min. D1 from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Honest and trustworthy manner, good analytical and interpersonal skills.
    English and computer skills, especially word processing and spreadsheets.
    Both in the work of administration, cash handling experience better.
    Good attention to detail.
    Keen on examining the report and attendance transactions, reconcile the cash balance at the end of the month and day.
    Daily requests for reimbursement based on the estimated cash outflows.
    Identify possible fraudulent transactions with customers and staff.
    Keep accurate records of cash received and paid, and all petty cash transactions.
    Smart, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to a deadline.
    Fresh graduates are welcome.

2. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FA)

    Female, max. 30 years.
    Bachelor of Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Honest attitude, good analytical and interpersonal skills.
    English and computer proficiency.
    Have a good understanding of the accounting system.
    Strong knowledge of the function costs, taxes, etc.
    Accurate preparation of profit & loss account, balance sheet and specific standards
    management reports, ensuring internal and legal compliance.
    Smart, self-motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure and commit to a deadline.
    Fresh graduates are welcome.


3. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (R & D)

    Female, max. 30 years.
    Bachelor of Food Technology from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, good leadership, problem solving, responsible learner and fast.
    Experienced in R & D min. 2 years in the food industry.
    Meet the requirements in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
    Familiar to conduct chemical and microbiological analysis.
    Know how to manage the trial, creative, innovative, and have strong analytical power.
    English and computer skills, not color blind.
    Able to work under pressure and on target, a very good team work.


4. Agronomic (AGR)

    Male / Female, max. 35 years.
    Bachelor of Agriculture (Department of Plant Breeding / Seed Technology) from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, honest, hardworking, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work on target.
    Strong background in breeding techniques, especially in the chili / pepper.
    Strong analysis to identify and treat the symptoms of pests and plant diseases.
    Able to develop, manage, evaluate agricultural systems and R & D.
    Know well about the agricultural cycle (from nursery to post-harvest) and fertilizer formulations.


5. ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE (IND)

    Male, max. 35 years.
    Min. Electrical or Mechatronics D3 from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, team leadership, problem solving, analytical skills and responsibilities.
    Skilled in maintenance and trouble shooting problems with min electrical and utility experience. 2 years.
    Experienced machine automation (PLC, PID, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, etc.), min. 2 years.
    Familiar with the strong & weak current diagram, electrical, electronic circuits, the control panel.
    Able to develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
    Understanding of ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
    Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry would be advantageous.
    English and computer proficiency.
    Able to work under pressure and on target, a very good team work, not color blind.
    Willing to work shift.


6. QA / QC (QA)

    Female, max. 30 years.
    Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, good leadership, problem solving, analytical skills and responsibilities.
    Experienced in minutes / QC QA. 2 years in the food industry.
    Meet the requirements in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
    Familiar with the chemical and microbiological analysis, calibration, material characteristics.
    Understanding of the production flow, equipment and machinery.
    English and computer skills, not color blind.
    Able to work under pressure and on target, a very good team work.


7. MECHANICAL AUTOMOTIVE & HEAVY VEHICLE (MAV)

    Male, max. 35 years.
    Min. D3 automotive or machinery from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, honest, hardworking, responsible, analytical, excellent team player and able to work under pressure.
    Skilled in the automotive and mechanical depth knowledge of heavy vehicles (trucks, tractors, excavators, forklifts, etc.).
    Able in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair heavy vehicles (trucks, tractors, excavators, dozers, forklifts, etc.) and automotive experience with min. 5 years.

8. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)

    Male, max. 35 years.
    Bachelor of Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, team leadership, problem solving, responsible learner and fast.
    Skilled in trouble shooting of mechanical and electrical problems with min experience. 2 years.
    Understanding of the production flow, equipment and machinery.
    Experienced in Food and Beverage Industry will be a strong point.
    Strong knowledge in ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
    English and computer proficiency.
    Able to work under pressure and on target, a very good team work, not color blind.
    Willing to work shift.


9. HR Staff (HR)

    Male / Female, max. 30 years.
    Bachelor of Psychology, Industrial Law or Human Resource Management from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00.
    Good attitude, problem solvers, responsible, able to work under pressure, good analytical skills and team work.
    Min. 2 years of extensive experience in all areas of HRM (database admin, recruitment, training and development, performance management, industrial relations, etc.).
    Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
    English and computer proficiency.
