Indonesia Job Vacancy In Omega Mining Services. PT Omega Mining Services is a mining contractor company that is developing coal mining project in East Kalimantan. Applicants are invited to join Omega Mining Inc as a position below:


1. Senior Mine Engineer (MER)

- Min. Diploma degree with min. 5 years extensive experience.
- Certified POP
- Strong ability to analyze production-making process, including all related equipment, and make necessary recommendations for improvement.
- Understand the mid and / or long term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design and mine dewatering
- Able to operate mining Minescape and XPAC software


2. Superintendent Project Administrator (PAD)

- Min. Diploma degree, or high school with a min. 5 years of extensive experience
- Ability to run Human Resources system (Industrial Relations, recruitment, payroll, etc.) and functions of General Affair (permits, accommodation, transportation, etc.) at the project site, also to run the financial management of the project.


3. Plants Administrator Supervisor (PTS)

- Min. Diploma degree, or high school with extensive experience
- Responsible for administration of employee-related personnel, such as absences, leave, etc.;
- Responsible for logistics management, including PR,


4. Superintendent of Technical Services (TSE)

- Min. Bachelor of Mining / Civil / Geology
- Having a certification POP
- Understand the short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design and mine dewatering
- Able to operate mining software Minescape. Proficiency using XPAC is an advantage.


5. Mining Foreman (MFR)

- Min. SMU with extensive experience
- Familiar with heavy equipment
- Able to monitor the process of mining operations (land clearing, mining coal, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)


6. Mechanical Supervisor (SMA)

- Min. Diploma with extensive experience
- Have knowledge of heavy equipment and related mechanical equipment
- Performs maintenance planning and monitoring its implementation
- Ability to identify problems and take corrective action
- Ability to allocate resources to perform equipment maintenance
- Assist supervisors in developing standard operating procedures


7. Foreman Logistics (LFR)

- Min. Diploma degree, or high school with extensive experience
- Have knowledge and skills related to heavy equipment and spare parts management, inventory management, catalog management, warehouse management, and management of the expedition


8. Tyre Maintenance Foreman (Tyr)
- Min. Diploma degree, or high school with extensive experience
- Have knowledge and skills related to tire repair and maintenance on all mobile mining fleet, including other supporting equipment.
- Understand and be able to supervise and control the daily operation of a tire repair shop.


9. Surveyor (SUV)

- Min. Diploma with extensive experience
- Understand and be able to work machinery and equipment topographic survey.


General qualifications for all positions above are:
a. Min. 2 years experience in similar role
b. Honestly, discipline, adaptability is highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and good
c. Strong leadership skills
d. Good communication skills (oral & written) in English
