Commodity Manager key

Accountability key:
1. Determine the Commodity Strategy (CS) for a specified commodity, to ensure stakeholder buy in and ensure approval of the relevant CS
2. Implement commodity strategies, including but not limited to:
• Determine Supplier panel for assigned commodities and ensure Supplier and Product Qualification for the panel core suppliers ("Suppliers Focus List")
• Manage the introduction of new suppliers for the Panel as defined in CS
• Lead Frame Agreement negotiations, manage and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements and volume
• Build a cost model to succeed and lead commodities Reducing Cost / USD supply measures as defined in CS
3. Actively Supporting Procurement in case of execution problems (quality, cost, delivery time)
4. Supplier understand and analyze the market and information sharing within the organization
5. Lead / supporting Suppliers and Products Qualification corresponding process applicable
6. Monitor and ensure sufficient capacity in the Supply Chain by Business Forecast
7. Support the bid with the cost of the PCDB that validate, review and validation Supplier List and Epps
8. Supports Supplier Performance Assessment Process / Supplier Development outgoing supplier
9. If applicable, cause / contribute to the creation of strategy at sector level as KCM Lead / KCM and support the implementation of the strategic elements together
10. Use / Sourcing tool to promote landscape

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Technical or Commercial degree from a university or equivalent, with a strong affinity for other disciplines. MBA or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years experience with 3-year background in the supply chain.
• Have the ability to combine technical and commercial skills.
• Good understanding of Business Project.
• Mastering the use and experiences: negotiations, building strategies, value analysis, stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical / strategic skills
• Ability to influence decisions without hierarchical power
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Fluent in English
• Attracted to travel time
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
