We have a 99.99% stake in PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a medium-sized coal mining concessions, and also has a 99.99% stake in the Port Buana Reja (PBR), port terminal that is currently in final stages. We also have 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Together (MDB), which fully owns two coal mining concessions located in the province under the name PT Bara Sustainable Energy (BEL) operating in the District Seunagan and Love Makmue, Nagan Raya district, and PT Mifa brothers (MIFA) operating in the district Meureboe. PT. Reswara Minergi Hartama, is a subsidiary of ABM Investama (under Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) which was formed on October 19, 2010, and is positioned as a sub-holding company integrated coal mine. Job Description & Competencies Project

Scope of Work:
• Assist the HR team in developing a Job Description and Competencies
• Administer the work of the project paper
• Conduct an interview session with each party related to the project

qualifications:
• Have a background in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Experience in developing and Competence Job Description will be better
• Good in English (especially in writing skills)
• The high level of energy and commitment
• Good teamwork
