Informasi Penerimaan CPNS Kementerian Luar Negeri 2012. SELECTION OF CANDIDATES FOR RECEIPT OF CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES STATE
MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
DEGREE AND POST GRADUATE DEGREE (GROUP III)
AND DIPLOMA 3 (GROUP II)
FISCAL YEAR 2012

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia open the opportunity for Indonesian Citizen men and women who have high integrity and commitment to be a candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS) Class III and II to be educated as Foreign Service Officers (PDLN) to be assigned in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Legislative Affairs in the State.

Details of Position and Number Formation

A. Diplomatic and Consular Officer (Diplomat / PDK)
A graduate degree (S-1), Master / Master (S-2) and Doctor (S-3) number of 60 persons to be CPNS Group III to be educated as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Diplomat / MDD);

Job descriptions:

Communications Officer (PK) is a non-diplomatic staff who helped the performance of duties in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives abroad in the field of information technology management, communications, coding, security, supervision and control of the news.

I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a. Indonesian citizen.
b. Ages as low as 18 (eighteen) years (date of birth December 1, 1994 and before).
c. Well-behaved and never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that have binding legal force.
d. It's never not honorably discharged at his own request or not with respect as PNS / Member TNI / police or dismissed with respect as private employees.
e. Not located as CPNS or Civil Servants (PNS) and not being bound agreements / contracts with other agencies.
f. Not married / married to a foreign citizen or stateless.
g. Physically and mentally healthy.
h. Willing to pay a bond for 5 (five) years and placed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or other countries that are determined by the Government. II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

A. DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR OFFICIALS (DIPLOMAT / PDK)

b. Graduates of Public Universities, Private Colleges or Universities Overseas study programs accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education on the date of graduation, GPA requirements:

Bachelor (S-1) at least 2.75 (two point seven five) in the scale of 4;
Master / Master (S-2) at least 3.00 (three point zero zero) in the scale of 4.
Doctoral (S-3) at least 3.00 (three point zero zero) in the scale of 4.

c. Mastering good English (spoken and written) and / or languages ​​of the United Nations (UN) / other foreign (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, German).
d. Maximum age:

28 years on December 1, 2012 (date of birth December 1, 1984 and thereafter) for the Bachelor degree (S-1).
32 years on the date of December 1, 2012 (date of birth December 1, 1980 and thereafter) for the Master / Master (S-2).
35 years on the date of December 1, 2012 (date of birth December 1, 1977 and thereafter) for the Doctoral degree (S-3).

B. Stylists and household FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE (PKKRT)

d. Maximum 28-year-old on December 1, 2012 (date of birth December 1, 1984 and thereafter).

C. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (PK)

a. Certified Diploma 3 (D-3):
A. Department of Telecommunications;
2. Department of Information;
3. Computer Engineering Department, and
4. Department of Information Technology;
b.
Graduates of Public Universities, Private Universities, or the State University study program is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Higher Education on the date of graduation, with a minimum GPA requirements of 2.75 (two point seven five) in a scale of 4.
c.
Mastering good English (spoken and written) and / or language of the UN / other foreign (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, German).
d. Maximum 28-year-old on December 1, 2012 (date of birth December 1, 1984 and thereafter).

III. REGISTRATION

a. To register online via the website https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id began on July 16, 2012 at 09:00 pm and print the registration form along with a statement approving the terms and conditions set forth.
b. Besides doing online registration, participants must send the application to the Selection Committee CPNS Revenue for Fiscal Year 2012 State Department Profile through the mail starting on July 16, 2012 (CAP POS) and ending on August 6, 2012 (CAP POS), and must be received by the Committee no later latest on August 10, 2012, addressed to:

c. Each applicant is only allowed to submit an application file and apply only to one category selection PDK, PKKRT, or PK.
d. The new online registration will be processed after the committee receives the application file submitted by PO BOX of the above and do not accept other application delivery format.
e. Registration forms must be completed by attaching:
i. Approve Statement Terms and Conditions that have been printed affixed the seal of Rp. 6000;
ii. Photocopy of valid ID card / Photocopy of Passport for applicants from abroad;
iii. Recent Curriculum Vitae, in accordance with the format that has been provided (CVs aftar format download here);
iv. One copy of diploma (D-3, S-1, S-2 or S-3) following transcripts that have been validated (wet stamp and original signature). Authorized officials certify photocopies of diplomas can be seen here.

Note: for overseas graduates who have no large-scale transcript 4.0 please attach a transcript of the scale conversion of 4.0.
v. Photocopy of Birth Certificate;
vi. Original Certificate of able-bodied and not color blind physician issued by Hospital / Dr / RS Police / Army new (3 months);
vii. Photocopy of job seekers sign (yellow card Kemnakertrans) is still valid;
viii. Note the original Certificate of Police (SKCK) is still valid;
ix. Recent photographs of size 4 × 6 cm (colored) according to the criteria as much as three sheets of photographs. Please write the name of the applicant on the back of the photograph (see photograph criteria here).

Note: For applicants who reside abroad requirement in point vi to viii should be met at the time of re-registration if it passed the exam on the last stage of selection.

IV. PHASES AND SELECTION SCHEDULE

PDK acceptance selection, PKKRT, and PK performed with the following stages:
A. Selection of Administration;
2. Basic Competency Exam (includes the concept of nationalism, general intelligence, and personal characteristics of the test) and Test Write a substance in Indonesian and English (including issues of national, international and general knowledge) is scheduled to be held on September 8, 2012. V. NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION AND SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS TAKING TEST CARD

A. Selection of applicants who passed the Administration is that they have to register online and meet all administrative requirements of an application. Selection results of Administration is scheduled to be announced on August 15, 2012 through https://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id site.
2. Applicants who have passed the selection stage of Administration is required to take the Test Card Participants (KTPU) as a requirement to follow the Exam Write a substance.

VI. OTHER

A. Admission Selection Committee CPNS FY 2012 Foreign Ministry did not conduct the correspondence and do not charge any fees.
2. Official information relating to Admission Selection CPNS FY 2012 Foreign Ministry can only be seen in http://e-cpns.kemlu.go.id site. The Applicants are advised to continue monitoring the site in question.
3. Graduation at each stage of the test is determined by the ability and competence of applicants. Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not responsible for any charges or bid form by the individuals on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Committee.
4. For those who have passed up to the final stage of selection, but withdrew the sanctions that have been required to reimburse the Committee issued amounted to Rp 20,000,000, - (Twenty Million) to be paid to the State Treasury.
