ODP - SME (Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise)

ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, sons and daughters who have the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program, you will then be assigned as the Assistant Manager at SME unit, which is in BII branch network especially in Sumatra and then developed into future leaders in the future BII.

Given the importance of this for business growth BII, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.

Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise (ODP - SME)
Palembang (South Sumatra), Medan (North Sumatra)

Requirements:

Minimal S1 graduates from all majors
Minimum GPA 2.75
Maximum age 26 years for graduates S1 and 29 years for graduates S2
Target oriented working
Interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
