Plant metallurgists (PRO 0424)

4 This position will be based on site Martabe with FIFO 4-week schedule on / off 2 weeks and will report directly to Senior metallurgy. Responsibilities will include
• Metallurgical accounting.
• Monitor and report on all aspects of plant performance.
• Assist with plant commissioning and optimization.
• Investigation of processing problems.
• Assist the development and metallurgical laboratory technician training.
• Provision of technical support for the processing of the operating personnel as needed.

Candidates for this role will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
A. Tertiary qualifications either Metallurgy or Minerals Processing.
2. Minimum 2 years experience gained in the role of metallurgical production in the resource sector.
3. Experience with CIL / CIP gold processing is important.
4. Grinding experience with SABC circuit is very important.
5. Both oral and written English skills.
6. Knowledge of occupational hazards in the mineral processing industry.
7. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - exposure Metallurgical accounting package and process as desired.

Environmental Inspector of Technical Services (HSE 0425)

This position will be based on a FIFO Martabe project schedule 4/2 weeks and report directly to the Environmental Manager.

The role of this position is responsible for ensuring that the project Martabe meet operational commitments have been made in the EIA of the project, RPL and RKL. Make sure the site rehabilitation conducted by leading practice standards and that the climate and hydrological data sites are routinely monitored and evaluated.

Candidates for this role will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
A. Minimum Bachelor of Environmental Management or a relevant Degree in Science / Engineering
2. Previous exposure to Open Pit Mining preferred
3. Very good spoken and written English skills
4. Prior experience in site stabilization and rehabilitation
5. Thorough knowledge of the practice incident investigation to identify the cause and corrective action.
6. Work experience in the development and construction of high rainfall
7. Previous exposure to open a mining operation
8. Knowledge of the environmental audit requirements
9. Excellent safety record of personal
10. High level of competence in personal computer applications including Excel, Word Point, Power & Projects
11. Work experience in the development and construction of high rainfall
12. Prior exposure to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and the audit is preferred
13. Previous experience in the stabilization and rehabilitation sites are preferred
14. Experience in identifying and monitoring the acid mine drainage are preferred
15. Before exposure to the International Cyanide Management Code

Senior External Relations Supervisor (RE 0540)

This position will be based at the Project Site Martabe & Exploration with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and report directly to the generation of Explorations Project Manager.

The role of this position is responsible for:
• Establish, maintain and improve harmonious relations between companies and local communities around the areas of exploration
• Support the government relations function of the Company in obtaining social and legal license to operate
• Assist community programs related to the socialization of organization and administration of other permits

Candidates for this role will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
A. Bachelor of social science that is relevant to at least 5 years experience in similar work
2. Required to work outside office hours
3. Required to work on a fly camp in remote areas
4. Good English in writing and conversation

The Land Management Inspector (CR 0541)

This position will be based on the location of the FIFO Martabe project schedule 4/2 weeks and report directly to the Manager of Public Relations.

The role of Inspector of Land Management is to complete the land acquisition process and ensure that all purchases of land and use in accordance with applicable government regulations. Maintain and establish a good and professional relationship with local government agencies and a team of government land. Make sure that the company's operations and support facilities will not exceed the limits of KK.

Candidates for this role is expected to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor of Social, Economic, or law, should the Master in Law
• Minimum 10 years of experience Land Acquisition, should have the Mining Industry
• Have the discipline of self-motivation and ability to work as a Team Leader as well as part of a team.
• sufficient knowledge of the regulations that apply specifically to the administration of land.
• Good communication and report writing skills in English and Indonesian.

Toy Industry Senior Supervisor (HSE 0542)

This position will be based at the site Martabe and reports directly to the Superintendent of Health Services.

A key aspect of this role are:
• Responsible for Industrial Hygiene monitoring and control activities including assisting in the Mining, Manufacturing and Services Department to conduct their activities responsibly and safely.
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of household water hygiene, kitchen and sanitary.
• Conduct risk / hazard analysis and audit in relation to industrial hygiene program.
• Develop training modules and the industry are presented to employees and contractors
• Establish and maintain close relationships with the medical center to coordinate related industrial hygiene monitoring and education.

Candidates for this role will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety and Health or relevant
• Minimum 5 years experience in related role of OHS in the mining industry
• Attend training related to occupational safety and health in the mining industry
• Works with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
Familiar with HSE Inspection and Audit •
• Able to work independently or in co-operation and team and under pressure
• Confident leader and mentor with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate both written and spoken English and Bahasa
