A. IT & Chief Adm
Role and Duties:
- Managing IT projects from concept stage to implementation in accordance with business needs.
- Responsibilities of the IT systems including identifying, developing and implementing IT strategies and solutions to achieve business goals.
- LAN administration, separation and backup systems.
- Working closely with vendors to ensure the best service and support for systems and projects.
- Email systems and proprietary administrative system.
- Implementing and improving IT procedures, workflow and policies.
- Provides software installation / configuration / maintenance services.
- Perform basic hardware / network maintenance and management.
- Handle and screen telephone calls and visitors.
- General Support for Business Administration
- Organizing and scheduling management meetings, making travel arrangements.
Education and Qualifications:
- Mastering communication in English orally and in writing.
- Diploma / Degree in IT.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
- Ability to work / communicate with people to provide quality support.
2. QAQC MANAGER (Batam Island - Indonesia)
Role and Duties:
- Control and distribution of all the company's quality documentation and monitoring all activities related to the quality of the project
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control is the representative of the project and has responsibility for implementation and maintenance of the quality management system and prepare the company QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Verify the contractor specific quality requirements for vendor and contractor submittals of documentation and attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with project bidders.
- Review the qualifications of inspection personnel quality and training requirements
- Attending the meeting client quality management
- Prepare and control of project quality management system documentation prior to the commencement of the project.
- Perform all internal and external audit on behalf of management
- Monitor the disposition of all discrepancy reports were published.
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of quality management system project. Recommend and implement improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate all correspondence related to quality and customer representative action and close all customer complaints
- Monitor the reporting of statistical methods.
- Achieve control of all documentation upon completion of the project.
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Technical discipline
- At least 5 years experience in plate fabrication, offshore, or 2 years of the same capacity
- Strong manufacturing background in the plate and / or manufacture of mining equipment
- Good knowledge in welding and metalworking
- Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
- Having the ability to manage all daily activities and operations workshops huge labor
- Familiar in documenting the inspections according to ASME section VIII & IX
- Are certified welding inspector and NDT level 1-2 (MT / PT)
- Skill in performing standard QA QC procedures / evaluations, and evaluate data using statistical-analysis methods and
- Communication proficient in English and Indonesian is fluent in both spoken and written is mandatory
- Willing to move permanently to the island of Batam, Indonesia and willing to travel on business
- Proficient with computer literate, at least MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power Point, Auto Cad 2D / 3D basis ..
- Detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, have strong leadership and good communication skills
- The ability to adjust to the dynamic environment of international and multi-cultural.
3. WORKSHOP MANAGER (Batam Island - Indonesia)
Role and Duties:

- Understanding strategic: Though the days of your job is to enable people to you and get things operating properly, you should be able to demonstrate that you understand the big picture company
- Workshop for Managing Detail: You really understand the importance of detail and manage the shop fabrication of the plate. The company is growing rapidly but is still operating in start-up environment. This will require you to engage in the tasks of everyday little things get done and make sure all the operational details in order.
- Strong Leadership: you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing people. This will include motivating and inspiring the team, helping individuals grow and develop, and take care of all the teams associated with other responsibilities such as performance appraisal, goal setting and conflict resolution. Work together and manage all employees employed in the Workshop and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and morale is maintained and that the potential of individuals are encouraged and developed where possible and identify training needs, both at work and formal, depending on individual circumstances.
- Leading, directing and controlling its implementation in all operations, the operational safety and environmental sustainability (K3 & Enviro) Ensure that all operations of this workshop. In accordance with HSE procedures
Education and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in plate fabrication, offshore, or 2 years as manager of the workshop
- Undergraduate disciplines of Engineering / Technical
- Having the ability to manage all daily activities and operations workshops huge labor
- Strong manufacturing background in the plate and / or manufacture of mining equipment
- High on the safety, strong in the scheduling and planning workshop
- Communication proficient in English and Indonesian is fluent in both spoken and written is mandatory
- Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
- Willing to move permanently to the island of Batam, Indonesia and willing to travel on business
- Proficient with computer literate, at least MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power Point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Have an excellent knowledge of all mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic, technical inspection and repair of a complete garage on a variety of heavy and light vehicle fleet vehicles, generators and other mechanical equipment, including Material Handling Equipment.
- Having the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and correspondence, and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, have strong leadership and good communication skills
- The ability to adjust to the dynamic environment of international and multi-cultural.
