A. Mining Operations Site Manager (Code: MOS)

Responsibilities:
• Plan and monitor production processes and make the budget process and production
Responsible for the overall site and production activities •
• Leading and managing subordinates and develop an ethical working environment that is open
• Ensuring quality and safety of production processes

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university, min GPA 3.0
• Male, 35-45 years
• Experts in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and quality control of coal
• Minimum 5 years as Manager of Mine
• Certified in the mining head is preferred

2. Legal Manager (Code: LGM)

Responsibilities:
• Manage all corporate legal affairs
• Provide legal advice from the activities of business enterprises
• Updating the latest laws and regulations especially those related to coal mining and the environment, including the legal implications for business
• Handling of legal firm documents / permits / licenses and they fill up the system
• Leading and managing subordinates and develop an ethical working environment that is open

Requirements:
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
• Preferably have knowledge of laws and regulations relating to coal mining and the environment, Indonesia and international commercial law
• Have at least 10 years of experience in the field of law, especially in terms of company
• Male, age 35-40 years, at least a law degree from reputable university, min GPA 3.0
• Both legal network

3. Health, Safety and Environmental Superintendent (code: HSS)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the HSE program
• Develop HSE management systems and programs

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable university, min GPA 3.0
• Male, 30-35 years
• Understand the Indonesian language as well as the relevant international standard SHE
• Minimum 5 years experience in positions related to HSE
• Ready to work on the site of West Kutai, East Kalimantan

4. Supervisor Mine Plan Engineer (code: MPE)

Responsibilities:
• Controlling the progress of mining operations the short term (weekly and daily)
• Preparing the annual mine plan in each month

Requirements:
• Have at least 5 years working experience in coal mining companies with a minimum of 2 years in mine planning, operation skill mining software is very good as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad and spreadsheet
• Male, age 25-35 years, had at least a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent
• Understanding of relevant legislation and codes of mining and coal policies - environmental regulations related
• Ready to work on the Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan

5. Mine Supervisor Administrative Engineer (Code: MES Adm)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of administrative systems
• Handling of all administration reports to reports such as daily, monthly and annual reports
• Leading and managing subordinates and develop a work ethic that is open

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mining from reputable University, GPA min 3.0
• Minimum 2 years experience in same position
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Autocad, Minescape, Minex, and other mining software
• Ready to work on the Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan

6. Civil Supervisor (Code: CVS)

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the construction process
• Analyze and control the implementation of infrastructure design
• Perform budget development and control of implementation
• Report the progress of construction for superior

Requirements:
• Male, 28-33 years
• Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering from reputable university, min GPA 3.0
• Minimum 2 years experience in Supervisory Civil
• Experts in civil work overburden mechanical (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university, min GPA 3.0
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in dealing with procurement
• Good and strong negotiation skills
• Preferably have some knowledge of machine parts
• Ready to work on the Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan

8. Legal Staff (Code: LGS)

Responsibilities:
• Coordination with survey team members on issues related to land acquisition
• Conduct studies on the status of land in mining areas
• Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations in which the legal expertise needed
Responsible for matters relating to industrial disputes and arbitration lawsuit •
• Working with law firms on a contract that requires assignment of internal legal services

Requirements:
• Male, age 23-30 years
• Minimum Bachelor of Law from reputable University, GPA min 3.0
• Have at least 2 years experience in law
• Knowledge of company law, contract law and regulatory issues Indonesian language and international commercial law
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions

9. Finance Staff (Code: FIN)

Responsibilities:
• Handling petty cash
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare payments to vendors, suppliers, etc.
• Maintain administration and filing
• Coordinate with branch officers (sites) on the use and payment of cash

Requirements:
• Male / Female, age 25-30 years old, min Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university, min GPA 3.0

10. HR & GS Staff (Code: HR)

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for the general day to day HR & GS at sites

Requirements:
• Male, max 30 years
• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Law, Others or equivalent
• At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisory) s specializing in Human
Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent
