We need a professional to be our future leaders for the following positions:

Account Executive (AE)
Responsible for proposing, obtain and maintain order.

requirements:

     Bachelor degree in any major.
     Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business sales or marketing at a printing company is an advantage.
     Have a high interest in sales & marketing.
     Business and customer oriented with extensive networking experience.
     Target-oriented, persuasive skills are very good, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.
     Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Bandung.

Production Officer (PO)
Responsible for building all production activities such as inserting, sorting, and packaging shrink to get maximum results in the manual and the team can manage and coordinate an efficient human resources based on schedule and production targets

requirements:

     Minimum Diploma degree in any major (Preferred in Graphica or Engineer).
     Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position is an advantage or have previous experience in manufacturing.
     Have a high interest in the making.
     Target-oriented, good persuasive skills, good analytical thinking and have a strong leadership background.

Product Engineer (PE)
Responsible for designing, modeling, prototype testing and manufacturing of packaging products are brand new, or make improvements to existing products.

requirements:

     Graphica Bachelor Degree Diploma / Degree in any major.
     Motivated, responsible, and good in problem solving.
     Skills in both design and packaging can improve product marketing engineer for.
     Having experience in similar position is an advantage.

International Account Executive (AE)
Responsible for proposing, obtain and maintain order for international clients, especially in Asia Market

requirements:

     Bachelor degree in any major.
     Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business sales or marketing at a printing company is an advantage.
     Preferably Senior Staff specializing in International Sales
     Have a high interest in sales & marketing.
     Business and customer oriented with extensive networking experience.
     Either in English or another language, a vast network of markets, especially in Asia, persuasive skills, personality, friendly and good analytical thinking.

Sales Executive (For Paper & Flexible Packaging)
Responsible for proposing, obtaining and maintaining order is in the paper & flexible packaging.

requirements:

     Bachelor degree in any major.
     Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business sales or marketing in the company's packaging.
     Have a high interest in sales & marketing.
     Business and customer oriented with extensive networking experience.
     Target-oriented, persuasive skills are very good, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking.

Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Responsible for handling orders, coordinate orders and representing the needs of clients (quality, quantity and timeliness of delivery).

requirements:

     Graphica Degree Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
     Relevant experience in the manufacture of the profits (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
     A good conceptual, analytical thinking, quality oriented, able to work under pressure and good communication skills.

Production Planning & Control Officer (PPC)
Responsible for analyzing, scheduling and coordinating the production and employment as well as represent client needs for production.

requirements:

     Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
     Experience in the packaging / printing manufacturing company an advantage (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
     Both conceptual and analytical thinking, quality oriented and able to work under pressure.
     Both the communication and negotiation skills.
     Willing to work within a shift and placed in Bandung & Cikarang.

Recruitment Officer (REO)
Responsible for handling the recruitment process (recruitment, selection, interviewing, and monitoring of new employees).

requirements:

     Bachelor degree or Master's Degree in Psychology.
     Experience in similar position minimum 1 year.
     Experience in conducting psychological tests and are familiar with the tools of psychological advantage.
     Can work under pressure, target oriented, both in conceptual and analytical thinking, good communication skills, willing to travel.
     Organization and strong leadership background.

Training Officer (TRAIN)
Responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing training programs.

requirements:

     Bachelor degree or Master's Degree in any major (Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Human Resources preferred).
     Experience in similar position minimum 1 year.
     Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
     Target-oriented thinking, conceptual and analytical, can work under pressure.
     Organization and strong leadership background.

Accounting Officer (AO)
Responsible for making the report and prepare all the documents related to accounts receivable and general ledger.

requirements:

     Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
     Integrity of good analytical thinking, initiative & high.
     Have a high attention to detail & able to work under pressure.

Estimator (For Packaging)
Responsible for determining the costs of printing sales and service with a standard tariff is defined as a guide in determining the selling price.

requirements:

     Diploma or Degree in any field (preferred in Graphica)
     Have experience in a similar position at least 2 years, more likely to occur at a printing company.
     Have the knowledge to calculate / estimate the price (pricing techniques)
     Have the knowledge and high interest in Printing Industry
     Detail, result oriented, high integrity, analytical minded & able to work in teams.
