requirements:
A. 2.85 minimum GPA of 4.00
2. Degree from reputable university with good accreditation
3. Maximum of 25 years and preferably single / not married
4. Pass the selection process
5. Priority for the department of economic, engineering and agriculture, social sciences and other majors relevant to the industry
6. Has a strong interest in banking / financial services
7. After completing the program, willing to be assigned to a location as
required by the organization
8. Good health condition (physical & psychological)
