RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the process of hiring new employees and / or internal hire
• Maintain a summary of interviews and reporting
• Responsible for providing end-to-end resourcing solutions to users in the selection of candidates

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the recruitment process in the Oil and Gas industry
• Minimum Bachelor of Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or other related degree from reputable university
• good communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Preferably have experience in C & B in the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia labor laws and workforce planning (RPTK)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and better in SAP
• Strong network, especially in the Oil and Gas industry
• Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, effective team player, disciplined, and a dynamic personality and good
• Available to unite
