Requirements:

     Maximum age of 25 years for Bachelor Degree and max. 27 years for Master Degree.
     Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university.
     GPA of at least 3:00 for Bachelor Degree and Master Degree for 3:25 (on a scale of 4:00).
     Have high motivation.
     Have systematic communication.
     Not yet married (single) and willing to not get married during the study.
     Have high power of analysis.
     Have ability to work in teams.
     Drug-free.
         Willing to be assigned and placed on the branches of BCA throughout the territories of Indonesia.
     Willing to follow the education and the working bond after education.
     Pass the selection test held by the BCA.
