PHE overseas work areas include: the Western Desert Block 3, Iraq; Block 10 & 11.1, Offshore Southern Vietnam; Block SK-305, Offshore Sarawak, Malaysia; Sabratah Block 17-3, offshore Libya: Sirte Block 123-3 , Libya, Block 13, Red Sea, Offshore Sudan: Block-3, Offshore Qatar, and the Basker Manta Gummy Block, Australia.

Work Location: PT. Pertamina Upstream Energy - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Summary of Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, develop and implement programs for the development of competency and learning required to support the achievement of the company's vision, mission, strategy, business processes, and the company targets / KPI
2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and support employee development and career advancement in line with business strategy and needs

Requirements:

•     Min. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, or psychological, or other related discipline
•     After 4-5 years of related experience in Human Resource Development Zone
•     Competence Training Need Analysis, Comptency Management & Assessment, Design & Development Training Material required
•     Good command in English, both written & spoken
