Cashier - Jakarta
The cash will be responsible for preparing and entering journal cash payment of all cash payments, including expense reports, advances, petty cash, medical reimbursement, and deposits.
The main responsibilities:
- Handles payments by cash, transfer.Ensure manual, electronic check or amount does not exceed demand. See supervisor if there are difficulties
- Look after the petty cash money in rupiah and foreign currencies
- Prepare and produce a report of non payment of invoices every day
- Keeping and petty cash journal entries, payment requests, journals employee costs, personal deposits and reimbursement of medical journals into the accounting system by using a computer.
- Perform the duties of non-routine, and attend meetings as directed from time to time by the Accounts Payable and Cash Management Spv. or as an opportunity exists to meet company goals. Construction Superintendant (Foreign) - Jakarta
Stage 4 Construction Project Superintendent will be an experienced international engineering professionals who are responsible for the supervision of the construction team EPIC through the installation, fabrication and phase of the Premier Oil Indonesia HUC Project Phase Compression reconfiguration.
Based in Jakarta, but with offshore visits and pages as needed, is a senior member of the Construction Supervision of the Project Management Team. Role is responsible for ensuring Stage 4 major capital projects are implemented and installed in a safe and cost efficient, ensuring maximum value is obtained for Premier Oil, the host government, joint venture partners and shareholders.
Roles have a responsibility to ensure health and safety of all employees during the construction phase of project implementation and to ensure Premier Oil HSEQ policies are fully observed and complied with.
In particular the Construction Supervisor is responsible for:
- Ensure the fabrication and installation of Premier Oil states meet the quality requirements and all appropriate codes and standards Premier.
- Ensure all construction work done in a safe and efficient.
- Liaison with Premier Oil Engineering team to handle any engineering questions that may arise during the implementation phase quickly and efficiently.
- Adherence to project schedule, highlighting any deviations to the project manager.

Responsibilities:

- Provision of offshore supervision for Phase 4 Project. Manage all aspects of offshore construction work, including construction of multi-disciplinary teams and multiple support contracts.
- Encourage the planning for the construction, installation and HUC phase. He will be working closely with planners to develop a schedule for the three phases
- Preparation and / or approval of the project work packages to ensure corporate specifications and standards are applied.
- Provide technical support for Project Stage 4, especially with relation to building construction and application of relevant codes and standards.
- Resource management for the offshore project Phase 4 construction.
- Materials management and control for offshore construction.
- Monitoring progress and preparing weekly progress reports during construction campaign.
- Working closely with management and POI offshore PTW and ensure all safety requirements apply to projects under his supervision.
- Associated with a 3rd party testing and certification bodies and with BPMigas for offshore inspection.
- POI support the maintenance of State staff as needed.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPS, Hazan's QRA as needed.
- Make sure to close the project is completed, including all images marked up and submitted to the POI document control for revisions and re-issue of control.
- Develop project specific SIMOPS, Hot work procedures and enforce compliance of all contractors
Qualifications:
Tertiary Engineering degree
Offshore Survival / HUET training
Skills (and experience):
Minimum 10 years of engineering / project management experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, re-engineering fabrication and / or installation
At least 3 years in senior engineering roles.
Fabrication or construction experience, including major offshore hook up, with favorable pipe installation experience.
Contract / subcontract management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Mentoring and development of skills and experience.
Primavera software experience preferred
Knowledge:
High-pressure gas processing experience.
International experience
Competent in emergency response, command and control.
Thorough working knowledge of HSEQ policies and procedures.
Management of contract terms and conditions of the contractor.
