Environmental Health Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

1.     Monthly Contractor Safety Meeting organize and lead a discussion meeting on the performance, incidents, planned initiatives.
2.     Ensure that the security conditions in the contract have been met. Provide input when necessary.
3.     Conducting Safety Audits / Safety Inspection and assist with contract up to the standards required / expected.
4.     Ensure that safety training is conducted periodically and safety skills are built within the team. Conduct safety training on the basis of need-based.
5.     Set the incident investigation and make sure the incident will be investigated and recommendations are closed.
6.     Monitor the overall safety performance of the unit on a periodic basis - at least monthly and is present in PT Indonesia Steering Committee / Review meeting.

Requirements:

•     Additional qualifications in Safety or Environmental Safety &
•     Qualification of Engineering / Science.
•     A comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation and management systems.
•     Extensive experience in the role of full-time Safety / SHE with about 6 -10 years.
•     Proven ability to successfully lead change. This includes influencing stakeholders, seeks to change the right of resistance and developed a communication strategy accordingly.
•     Demonstrated personal attributes to effectively communicate and influence all levels of employees and leadership.
•     Experienced in change management and improvement projects are ongoing.
•     Good enough communication skills in English.

Dealer Account Manager (Sales Manager)

Responsibilities:

1.     Implementation of the sales process for a group of dealers in designated areas
2.     Aggressive approach to current clients and prospects to sell the company's ability to conduct presentations and promote company products
3.     Effective liaison with all levels of management within the company to facilitate projects and other business opportunities
4.     Responsible for the numbers and market share for assigned territory.
5.     Maintaining relationships, promoting the distributor / dealer
6.     Dealing with Marketing to integrate its brand presence.

Requirements:

•     Engineering degree preferred (Engineering, Electrical)
•     Male or Female, 32-38 years
•     Minimum 5 years sales experience in the company's Automotive.
•     Master's degree is an advantage.
•     Have the technical skills and strong communication
•     Who have experience running a sale through a Distributor / Dealer
•     Driven and ambitious
•     Willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia
•     Proficiency in English is a must
