Pase Inc. triangle involved in the operation and financing of oil and gas exploration and production operations.

THE SUPERINTENDENT (NATIONAL)

Summary of role
Was instrumental in overseeing all activities in a controlled and safe in accordance with safety regulations. This position also involves supervision of the production facilities and ensure subordinates to work in accordance with Company objectives.

Responsibility
• Managing work schedules for operating requirements
• Monitor all field activities to meet the standards of operation in the oil and gas industry
• Engage in AFE, WP & B for operating expenses
• To ensure that the company's production targets and achieve a safe estimate, and operating within budget
• Act as the focal point of liaison between corporate office and field operations to ensure all requirements are met and done safely, quickly and economically.
• Liaison with other departments to support field
• Ensure all operational data accurately and promptly report to the department manager
• Ensure that all requirements, deadlines, and support services for the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Materials are met and carried out by field personnel
• Promote and implement policies Health, Safety & Environment and ensure compliance
• Determine the causes and appropriate corrective action for near misses and accidents
• Evaluate operations and ensure staff are given the necessary training, equipment and support

Requirements
• Minimum 40 years
• Education background for the University of Petroleum / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
• Willing to work in the field of Lhoksukon-Aceh with the rotation schedule 25/25
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Good managerial, communication, leadership skills, and also good in making decisions
• Good oral and written English is preferred
• Extensive experience of upstream operations with significant experience in a supervisory capacity
• Understanding and experience of production engineering
• Experience overseeing a multidisciplinary and multicultural workforce in remote locations
• Very good understanding of the best gas field procedures and practices
• Understand the company and the government of Indonesia and knowledge of procurement policy rules
