SUPERINTENDENT OF INTERNAL CONTROL

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduated S1 - Economics (Accounting or Management)
2. Have at least 8-10 years experience in audit
3. A thorough knowledge of audit procedures, including methods of planning, engineering, testing and sampling are involved in conducting the audit.
4. The ability to collect, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
5. Very good understanding of internal control and risk, accounting standards, taxation laws of Indonesia and mining business.
6. Good English language skills and computer skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will directly report to Chief Operating heads with a strong working relationship with General Manager. To plan organize and implement the internal audit function including the preparation of audit plans. Report to the audit committee and management on the program and audit activities. Coordinate coverage with external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of other's work, but also a good explanation of areas of concern. To make recommendations on systems and procedures are reviewed, report findings and recommendations and management responses and monitor implementation.


JUNIOR Geology (JG)

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor of Engineering Geology, a brief explanation on the choice of litho logy and geological structure.
2. Computers, Surpac is and face.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and ensure all activities meet the Grade Control and the quality and quantity targets and timetables, should follow the SOP and JSAE, and also maintain and manage your GC consumables. Maintain and ensure all activities meet the Ore Mining and achieve production targets of quality and quantity. Eliminate ore loss and ore dilution. Maintain and ensure the excavation of waste following the mine planning and production targets and schedules. Reporting on all aspects of geological grade control. Helps to keep all development programs and schedule targets.


SUPERINTENDENT PUBLIC RELATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Advancement Degree in business, management, humanities or agriculture from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role, and an additional minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a similar role in community relations involving several countries and issues in a culturally diverse environment of mining projects
3. Excellent English oral and written including computer skills
4. Ready to move and work in Tokatindung site with 5/2 days off.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility to address the company's expectations of a diverse set of stakeholders including, local business, community and government. Jobholder also have a responsibility to help the Public Relations Manager in developing, implementing and managing policies and procedures necessary for effective communication and relationships with various stakeholders although Toka Tindung project and work out other relationships with the Community Relations Manager.


FOREMAN SUPPLY

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree.
2. 5 years experience in a senior supervisory role.
3. Minimum 10 years experience in the resources industry. Sound knowledge of the procurement process, warehousing and inventory.
4. Pronto experience better.
5. English is very good.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall management of warehousing, Procurement & Inventory. Reviewing and maintaining the supply department procedures, create and maintain a culture of competitive prices which are expected to uphold the expectations of suppliers, create and maintain reports in coordination with the Parent logistics providers, creating and maintaining departmental reports weekly and monthly supply, continuous improvement of the performance of the supply department.


SENIOR EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 10 years of experience in exploration / development of hydrothermal
2. Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, MapInfo, Geosoft)
3. Previous experience in a senior supervisory level
4. Good English communication skills both written and oral

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in planning and executing exploration program for the project from near-mine environment out to the target satellite in the company's Contract of Work in a safe, cost effective and environmentally compliant. Development and implementation of the SOP for the exploration department. Documentation is complete and accurate log sheets, maps are regularly updated and properly filed all.


MANAGER LEGAL / COMPANY SECRETARY

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Really understand the law in Indonesia and the implementation in the field.
3. 10 years of experience in this position.
4. Computer skills is essential.
5. Good communication skills both written and oral.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the management in providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters involving the company. Assist in developing and modifying policies and procedures to meet legal requirements. Concepts, review or revise document companies. Participate in complex legal projects. Departmental budgets and make recommendations to ensure optimal development of resources in the budget approval. Keep fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keep all levels of management regarding new legislation in force and of the progress and results of court cases. Prepare Director's board meeting agenda, handles shareholder relations, coordinated and communicate the annual meeting.


SENIOR MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in mining engineering

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Formal Techniques mine qualifications and experience of 5-7 years.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for keeping mining operations focus on achieving the mine plan, which will in-turn achieve the budgeted target of mining including drilling and blasting design and evaluation, development of daily, weekly and monthly mine plans and schedules, administration of mine planning software, the design of roads, mines / ore mill reconciliation, project work and evaluation of mine equipment.


GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION (EG)

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Formal Techniques qualifications mine, gold mining experience better (EG)

3. Minimum 5 years experience to the position of HSC
4. Improve Computer Skills
5. Strong communication and organizational
6. Oral and written English

To have to work up to date & accurate & OHS integrated environmental management system and support the site / project production activities and meet ISO14001 & OHSAS18001. HSE information and provide data in order to Occupational Health and Safety & Environment department to encourage accountability, strategic direction and demonstrate compliance.
