Geologist (Code: GEO)

Requirements:

• Men aged, maximum 28 years.
• Min. SMK / STM Department of Mining Geology.
• Min. 1 year experience in same position.
• Have experience of working in the company's nickel is an advantage.
• Hard working, independent, and with strong leadership capabilities.
• Able to work under pressure, have the ability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with the system list.


Mine Manager / Summit (Code: MM)

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience working in mainly Nickel Mining Company.
• Have a significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
• Be technically competent to coach and are constantly looking for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for the performance and progress, must have proven leadership experience.
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Ability to think conceptually with the ability to see the big picture, identify appropriate strategies and translate them into action.
• A long-term, committed attitude to lead the organization into the future.

Responsibilities:

• To monitor the implementation of policies and procedures on site Health & Safety, training, auditing and reporting of all precautions & Health & Safety activities in the company.
• Increase awareness of employees in the company to work safely and protect the corporate image.
• To maintain the quality standards and certification company.

Requirements:

• Men age, a maximum of 40 years.
• Degree of public health or environmental engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Min. 10 years experience in HSE field.
• Having a good knowledge of Health, Environmental, and Safety (K3LH), ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008
• Hard working, independent, and with strong leadership capabilities.
• Able to work under pressure, have the ability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi)
