Indonesia Job Vacancy In Atlas Resources. PT Atlas Resources, one of the rapidly growing coal company in Indonesia, currently operate and explore location in the key commercial coal in East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua. For a new project in East Kalimantan and South Sumatra, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals. Come and join our team for the following positions:


ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Bachelor of Mining / Geological Engineering
• Hold Pou Certification
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in the field of mining engineering, with min 3 years at managerial level (experience in leading technical department - including coordinating and controlling technical activities; handling of mining operations, mine planning and design, etc.)
• Good knowledge in operating mining software programs, such as Minescape / Minex / Surpac / Xpac, etc.


SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

• Minimum S1 Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years experience working in leading public accountant or internal auditor, experience in the coal mining industry would be an advantage.
• Have a broad understanding of the internal audit policy and procedure development, in accordance with relevant regulations and other Guidelines
• Having a comprehensive experience in both the audit process is evaluated to produce a report to committee oversight IA.
• Have extensive experience to coordinate with other insurance providers are bound by the agreement when the combined assurance model, including: internal and external audit, risk management, forensic and compliance functions


MINE MANAGER (Summit)

• Bachelor of Mining / Geological Engineering.
• Hold POM and Pou (Summit) Certification.
• Min. 10 years of work experience and as the summit at least for 2 years.
• Good relationship with government agencies.
• Have knowledge of the Mining Acts, Rules, Regulations and extensive experience in mining operations.


PERMITS & LICENSE DEPT. HEAD

• Graduate in any discipline. Teachers and above would be an advantage.
• Having a broad network in the mining industry, especially with the relevant government agencies, and professional associations.
• At least 5 years work experience in large mining companies in the permit, license and acquisition of land would be better
• It has extensive capabilities in the presentation and negotiation skills


MINE / GEOLOGY PIT

• Bachelor of Engineering Geology
• Hold POP Certification
• Good understanding in the analysis of standard coal sampling / methods and the quality of coal.
• Have knowledge of operating mining software programs: Minescape Stratmodel.


ADMIN & GA SUPERINTENDENT

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
• Better to have a min. 2 years experience in the same position at the mine site.
• Have extensive experience to deal with external issues / community, human resources issues, Industrial Relations and the GA.


HSE SPV

• Bachelor of Engineering or having qualification in HSE
• Min. 5 years of experience in relation to safety and environmental management in mining industry
• Hold Public K3 Expert Certification
• Strong experience especially in the coal mining project, which includes safe work procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response teams
• Having knowledge in the implementation of HSE Management System, covering the activities of inspection and all documentation related to the HSE


FUEL MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

• D3 / S1 in any discipline
• Min 5 years experience in Purchasing
• Strong experience especially in coal mining projects to tackle fuel consumption monitoring and control of spare parts stock
• Self starter, able to work with minimal supervision, good time management and team player
• Have strong in administration and negotiation skills


COMPANY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

• Min. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering / Management / Psychology
• Min. 2 years experience in relation to the company handling the administration and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators
• Having knowledge in Business Process, Balance Score Card and Performance Management.
• Self starter, able to work with minimal supervision, good time management and team player
