MANAGER, ENGINEERING (CODE POSITION: ENG10)

People in this position will direct, plan, organize, and control the Engineering Department OTP. Charter Department is to provide excellent engineering services for all of its activities to ensure project completion within budget and on time while complying with all company policies and procedures. This position will report to the General Manager of Engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Assistance at any time to build a strong safety culture in the OTP - a culture where safety is the most important value, and where there are no activities will be carried out unless they can be done safely.
2. Develop and manage business plan for the long and short term OTP Engineering Department, including the creation and continuous review of the Department's annual budget.
3. Managing a team of professional engineers and support staff - set priorities, objectives and milestones and measuring performance.

5. Take a leading role in the conceptual engineering work OW.
6. Check the design calculations, drawings, and specifications, to ensure compliance with company and government, national and international regulations, standards and procedures.

MANAGER, PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS (POSITION CODE: PROC10)

Develop a strategy supported by a world-class practices and procedures to manage the procurement process in OTP Geothermal. Manage workflow related to procurement including the expression of interest, requests for proposals, tender, negotiation and finalization of contracts and agreements, contract administration and management, purchase orders, expedite and logistics management, import / export and materials management. People in this position will report to the Vice President of Procurement Management, Contracts and Stakeholder Relations, and will be responsible for overseeing the Department of Procurement and Logistics to ensure that all procurement activities are performed efficiently and effectively to support ethical companies operating target, at any time In accordance with Company policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Procurement and Logistics to develop a strategy and policy manuals to support the successful implementation of projects and activities Sorik Marapi other companies, with a strong focus on HSE, ethics, cost and efficiency.
2. The company continues to communicate safety and environmental policies to the contractor. Develop management systems to ensure compliance with HSE contracts with the contractor company HSE requirements.

8. Negotiating with contractors to ensure the best commercial and operational results for the Company.
9. Manage and administer the contract and entered into the system to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and all contractual obligations.
10. Managing risk contracts and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.
11. Continue to develop professional skills and expertise to support the growth of the Company.
12. Planning, implementing, and controlling the annual work program and budget for the Department, and track progress against the agreed items.

MANAGER, HEALTH AND SAFETY (POSITION CODE: HS10)

Maintaining the health and safety personnel and contractors and ensure OTP responsible management of our interaction with the environment, the basis for the way we do business in the OTP. This role will be responsible for providing advice, leadership and accountability associated with the Health and Safety aspects of OTP. This role requires working with project teams, environmental, social and community teams to coordinate the H & S processes, systems and submissions. Role will also involve educating and mentoring the project team of H & S standards and responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Develop and implement H & S Strategy, which include a refinement of the H & S risks, the development of H & S plans and procedures.
2. Monitor and interpret the relevant H & S legislation, policies and regulations to provide guidance and advice to projects that meet the objectives and legal and corporate responsibility.
3. Provide advice and concern for the H & S for the Project Management team.
4. Direct and monitor the preparation and issuance of occupational safety and health agency reports required by the Government to ensure that the report is prepared accurately and issued in the time frame.
5. Lead and or assist in the investigation of incidents and the incident closed, ensure that investigated the incident reported and follow up action taken
6. Leading project teams in the development and implementation of HSSE improvement plan.
7. Provide advisory support, training and mentoring to Project Managers and relevant staff.
8. Assess H & S in design requirements for all major projects.
9. Assist with the review of risk, through the provision of subject expertise.
10. Help eliminate or reduce the occurrence of unwanted, adverse events (injury, illness, improper health and safety behaviors and conditions).
11. Participate in emergency response or crisis management team training as needed.
12. Provide input for H & S assurance and assessment and due diligence activities associated with pro5ects and shareholders.
13. Working closely with other industry organizations and clients to ensure a common and consistent approach to HSE.
14. Review industry best practices; network with industry bodies, groups and adopting practices where practical added value to the HSE Management System
15. Promoting a safe workplace and responsible in accordance with HSE policy.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineering degree or higher relevant to at least 15 years of experience in relevant field, preferably in the Geothermal Industry. mote the Oil, Gas, and Mining Industry background will be considered and are welcome to apply.
