Qualifications:

General

• Male or Female, Age 20-30 years.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Educational background

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, other disciplines, Polymer science or BBA. Chemical background is a plus but any major are welcome to apply.
• Very strong command of spoken and written English, ability to communicate in Mandarin or Hokkien is a plus.

Work experience

• Have 0-7 years working experience in sales or commercial areas. Experience in the plastics industry or chemical products is an advantage.
• Excellent in mind the commercial orientation, initiation, self direction, problem solving and achievement

Job description:

• Conduct sales planning according to the company's sales targets and objectives. Maintaining relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Develop new customer accounts to achieve volume targets for the growth of existing product lines and new.
• Collect and analyze 'the data and the client's competitors in terms of product movement, pricing, and services to get the sales strategy.
• Coordinate with the technical service and product development teams for problem solving and new product introductions.
• Assist customers in credit management and payment.
